How active our hurricane season will be, really depends on one thing. Will we have a weak EL NINO this Summer or not??? If we do... then get ready for an active season, but if not, then it wont have that many storms, with very little landfalls.

       Im predicting an above normal hurricane season with a weak EL NINO. The Weak EL NINO will start forming in a couple months, before the peak of the hurricane season... This will make way for many hurricanes, some being very strong.This is how I think the season will come out:

-18 named storms

-9 of the 17 storms will be Hurricanes

- 2 or 4 of the 9 Hurricanes will be Major Hurricanes

I expect a exceptionally warm Summer, which means warmer waters.

I think out of the 18 named storms,  that 1-2 of them will make landfall in the United States.

Also, I think the United States has a whole has a 28% chance of landfall of a hurricane.The east coast has a 18% chance of a hurricane making landfall, and lastly, the Gulf coast has a 22% chance of a hurricane,
